Berry Banana Smoothie

- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 large, very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries or rasberries or a combo
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ice
- Pulse the oats in a blender several times to grind.
- Add the juice, bananas, berries, honey, and ice, and blend until smooth.
