  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the banana into 1-inch slices.
  3. Press your popsicle stick through the banana lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the banana pops until they’re frozen solid.
  5. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler on the stove, or in the microwave until completely melted.
  6. Dip your banana pops into the chocolate, and let the excess drip off.
  7. Place the pops flat side down onto the baking sheet, and freeze them until solid.
  8. Once they’re frozen, you can remove them from the baking sheet and place in an airtight freezer container.

Notes

When freezing bananas, make sure that your bananas are not too ripe so that they keep in the freezer longer.
