Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie

- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 apples, core removed
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, or non-dairy alternative
- 1 tablespoon flax meal (ground flax seeds)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch each of ground cloves and ground ginger
- In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Top with granola or chopped nuts.
