Meal Plan Membership Policies

How Soon After I Sign Up Can I get Started?

As soon as you become a member you'll have access to the meal plans, member exclusive recipes, and more.

An email including your first meal plan will be sent to you shortly after you check out. After that, we send it to you via email every Thursday. In other words, you can get started right away! Please email help@momables.com for meal plan assistance.


How often will I be billed again?

Billing occurs one-time, monthly, every 3 months or yearly, depending on which subscription you purchased, on the anniversary of your sign-up date. This will be different for everyone.


How can I Cancel my membership?

You can email us with any membership support question at help@momables.com. We'll be happy to cancel your membership for you.

When you cancel your membership, you are only canceling the payment renewal. We will continue to send you a weekly meal plan for the remaining of your pre-paid period.

If you paid with Paypal and wish to cancel your membership yourself, go to "My Profile", then to "My Money" and click on "My PreApproved Payments". From that screen, you'll be able to find MOMables and cancel your renewal.


Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee when you sign up for one of our Renewable Meal Plan Memberships

For all other meal plans, we offer 72 hours for you to check out the plans and see if they are a good fit for your family.
Refund requests after 72 hours (3 days) will not be processed.

  • One-time/6-week Memberships: these do not renew.
  • Monthly Memberships: payments made after the renewal date will not be refunded.
  • 3-Month Memberships: payments made after the renewal date will not be refunded.
  • Annual Memberships, you are eligible for a 50% refund within 7 days of the renewed payment date.

When a membership fee is refunded, the account will be cancelled and no additional access to meal plans will be available.
