The Dinner recipes in the Budget-Friendly Plans can easily accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free diets if your family purchases equivalent substitutes. Most recipes, however, are free of those ingredients and therefore can be made without substitutions. This is not a vegan or vegetarian meal plan.
