Allergy Substitutions for the Grain-Free Meal Plans
The Dinner and Lunch recipes in the Grain-Free Plans can easily accommodate Paleo/Primal diets. Legumes are extremely limited in this plan and dairy can nearly always be omitted when present in a recipe.  All recipes can be made nut-free  by omitting or purchasing a nut-free alternative.
