The school year tends to create a routine of carpool, homework, afterschool activities and of course, packing lunches. We call this a “routine” because that is what we do, the same thing, day after day for 9 months of the year.
In the same token, we have to pack school and office lunches day after day. While it’s important to establish a routine with our schedule, that doesn’t mean we need to get stuck eating the same things all the time.
