Just because school is out doesn’t mean I’m not packing lunches anymore! My kids just started summer camp yesterday, which they are so excited about. Between lunches and camp snacks for the kids, my office lunch, and my husband’s lunch, we’re still hard at work in our kitchen packing healthy lunches.

Do your kids go to summer camp? Mine always look forward to seeing their friends and enjoying the outdoors. I know days at summer camp can be long and exhausting, so I want to make sure they have a nutritious lunch and snacks packed to keep them energized.

All of these recipes will fill them up with the nutrition they need for long days in the sun. From sandwiches to wraps to bowls, there’s a recipe in here that your kids will love. They’re all super easy to prepare ahead of time and pack in a lunch box.
