What do I need to pack these lunches?

Whatever lunch containers or meal prep containers you have will work!


I always recommend you have a thermos available for hot lunches if you plan on packing them and there's no access to a microwave.


Do I need special equipment?

No. You do not need fancy food processors or mixers. We're confident that you already have everything you need to make these recipes.

What if I don't like a recipe?
There are 101 to choose from.


Is there seafood?

Tuna and salmon are present in two or three. You can substitute them for chicken in the same amount. 


Do the recipes use "fake meat" products? They do not. Instead, the protein sources come from real food proteins (beef, pork, chicken, eggs, shrimp, beans, whole-grains). 


Do you use soy products? There   are no recipes containing soy


Is this for Vegetarian / Vegans?

No. This eBook is not suited for a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.
