Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 large spinach or regular flour tortillas
  • 6 slices deli turkey 
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

Spread the hummus over each tortilla and layer each with sliced turkey, cheese, carrots, and lettuce. Fold and roll tightly. Leave whole or slice in half before packing into lunch containers.
