Dairy-Free Caramel Sauce

This dairy-free caramel sauce is velvety smooth with a rich, decadent flavor you’ll want to drizzle over everything! 

Ingredients

  • 14-ounce can coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut cream, maple syrup, and coconut oil over medium heat. Whisk until smooth and bring to a boil.
  2. Allow to boil for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Allow to cool before using. 
  3. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container or lidded jar before serving.
