DIY Popsicle Sticks

Need a fun craft for your kids this summer? Why not decorate some Popsicle sticks!

diy popsicle sticksSummer is here, and making Popsicles is a fun treat we love in our family. It is even more fun to decorate the Popsicle sticks first. This is also a great way to make sure all the kids can claim their favorite Popsicles if you are making a large batch at once or if some of your kids have food restrictions.

diy popsicle sticksBefore making the Popsicles, I set the kids up with the Popsicle sticks, and they can decorate them while I prep the actual Popsicle ingredients. Here at MOMables, we are all about time management and getting the best bang for your buck, whether it is preparation that you need help with or just the ideas, we have you covered!

If you need some Popsicle recipe ideas, you can check out these Popsicle ideas from MOMables:

  • Markers (use permanent markers if you want to avoid the popsicle sticks coloring the kid’s hands)

How to:

  • Decorate popsicle sticks with markers.
  • Let dry completely.
  • Make popsicles.

Enjoy your colorful treats!
