Easy Pineapple Salsa

This easy Pineapple Salsa is the perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, cilantro, and chili spices!

Today I’m sharing this easy recipe for pineapple salsa that’s loaded with flavor. It’s a great snack or topping for tacos, chips, and much more. Who’s ready to make it?

How to Make Pineapple Salsa

While regular salsa is always great, this one is sure to become a family favorite. Sweet, juicy pineapple mixed with tomatoes and a hint of spice from chili powder – it’s the best of both worlds! Here’s how to make it happen:

  1. Chop Away
Dice the pineapple, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cilantro. Add the ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Add a Squeeze of Lime
To the tomatoes and pineapple, add a squeeze of fresh lime juice, a sprinkle of chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to Combine
Toss the ingredients to combine, then grab your tortilla chips and serve!

This is a great meal prep recipe you can make ahead and store in the refrigerator for future taco nights or a healthy afterschool snack.
