Vanilla yogurt with grapes and sprinkle of granola, this healthy parfait is the perfect quick breakfast or afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup green grapes
  • 3/4 cup red grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Divide half the grapes between 2 small bowls or chilled thermos conatiners.
  2. Top with yogurt, remaining grapes and a final layer of yogurt.
  3. If serving immediately, sprinkle the granola over the parfait. If packing for a lunch, divide the granola between 2 small lidded containers.
