Grilled Cheese Dippers

The classic grilled cheese gets sliced into dippers that you can pair with tomato soup for a fun and delicious meal. 


  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 12 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Butter, for grilling
  • 1 serving of Tomato Soup


  1. Lightly grease a medium non-stick with cooking spray. Grill the sandwiches over medium heat, for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted. 
  2. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and allow them to cool down for 5 minutes before slicing vertically into strips, about 3 or 4. 
  3. Serve immediately with soup, if desired.
