Guacamole and Protein Bento Box

Taste a rainbow of fresh ingredients with this guacamole and protein bento! It’s filled with healthy options and is so easy to assemble.


  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 3 ounces deli turkey, rolled
  • 1ounce cheese, sliced
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
  • 1 serving of whole grain crackers
  • 1 guacamole dip pack


  1. Wash the fruit and veggies and slice as needed.
  2. Add the deli turkey, hard-boiled eggs, and cheese to a compartmentalized lunch container. You can pack the veggies and fruit in the same compartments as the protein or separate if you have enough room.
  3. To keep the crackers dry, place them in their own compartment or container. Close the lunch box.
  4. Add the guacamole cup to a lunch bag along with the bento box and an ice pack.
    If packing your own guacamole, add it to a sauce container and pack it into the lunch bag.
