A sweet and savory combination of smoked ham, Colby Jack cheese, and sliced Granny Smith. It’s the perfect high-protein snack or lunch!
Place a ham slice on a flat surface, and fold in half. Place a cheese slice on the middle of the ham slice. Place apple wedge at the edge of the ham slice and begin to wrap the apple with the slices of ham and cheese.
To keep the apples from browning, brush the slices with lemon juice after coring and slicing.
