Buffalo Chicken Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 16-ounce container hummus
  • 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • Celery, carrots, and pita wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. On a flat surface, shred cooked chicken and transfer it to a 9×9 or oval casserole baking dish.
  3. Add hummus, buffalo sauce, and half of the crumbled blue cheese and combine all ingredients until the buffalo sauce is completely mixed in. Top with remaining blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and hummus is hot. Remove from oven and serve hot with pita wedges, celery, carrots, and ranch dip.

Notes

You can use leftover rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken chopped into pieces, or even canned chicken.
