DIY Frozen Pizzas

  • Pizza dough, or store-bought
  • 1/21 cup tomato sauce
  • 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, and peppers for example


  1. Preheat the oven to 450F, and place your pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it is heating.
  2. Roll out your pizza to the desired shape and thickness.
  3. Place the pizza on parchment paper onto the pizza stone (or baking sheet) and par-bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Let the pizza dough cool completely.
  5. Decorate your pizza with tomato sauce, shredded cheese, and your desired toppings.
  6. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, for about 3 hours.
  7. Wrap the pizza in plastic wrap, and then place it in a freezer ziploc bag (squeeze out the extra air).
  8. Freeze for up to 3 months.
  9. Bake the frozen pizza (unwrapped) at 450F, and cook your pizzas until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
