2 eggs
Salt and black pepper, for seasoning
Instructions
Heat the pan over medium heat for about 15 seconds, then grease.
Crack 2 eggs in the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg whites are completely set.
Once the egg whites are set, about 4 to 5 minutes, give the eggs a quick shimmy in the pan and using your wrist, toss the pan upward, using it to catch the eggs. Or, you can use a thin spatula to assist by sliding it under the egg and flipping it over.
Cook for an additional minute or until the yolks reach your preferred doneness and remove from heat onto a plate.
