Freezing Berries Step-by-Step

Ingredients

  • Berries of choice; blueberries and strawberries shown above
  • Baking sheet
  • Freezer-safe bag or container
  • Permanent marker

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your berries completely.
  2. Place the berries on a baking sheet.
  3. Put the baking sheet in the freezer and allow them to fully freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. Place the berries into the freezer-safe bag or container.
  5. Use a permanent marker to label the bag or container.
  6. When you’re ready to use the berries, take out desired amount and add to your recipe.

Notes

Frozen berries can last up to 3 months in the freezer.
