Mango Peach Smoothie

A thick and tropical Mango Peach Smoothie that tastes like dessert, and it’s good for you!

a mango peach smoothie in a glass jar with a green and blue straw.

Smoothies are a great way to get more nutrients and even sneak extra veggies into your kid’s diet like this Blueberry Muffin Smoothie. The purple color and delicious taste completely conceal the fact it includes spinach!

However, in today’s recipe, we are leaving out the spinach for the sake of keeping the vibrant orange color. It’s an incredibly simple recipe to blend up for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack.

Mango Peach Smoothie Ingredients

You can make this mango peach smoothie with fresh or frozen fruit and a splash of non-dairy milk. Here’s everything you’ll need to make this tropical treat happen:

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk or regular
  • 1 cup diced peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

If you want to amp up the nutrition, try adding a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. Not only does it give more flavor, but a thicker, creamier consistency as well.

How to Make a Mango Peach Smoothie

Making delicious smoothies is a one-step process, and the blender does all the work. It goes a little like this:

  1. Blend
Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
*Starting with liquids first and adding ingredients will ensure any smoothie recipe blends even and smooth.
  2. Sip up!
Transfer the smoothie to a glass or to-go cup and sip away!

The best part is that I can put all of the ingredients in my blender the night before and store it in the fridge or make smoothie freezer packs, so in the morning, all I have to do is blend, and it’s ready to go!
