Allergy Substitutions for the Meal Plans
The Dinner and Lunch recipes in the Classic Plans can easily accommodate gluten-free diets if your family purchases gluten-free pasta, bread, and similar ingredients. Dairy can be substituted with alternative ingredients, and sometimes omitted, when present in a recipe. In all meal plans, the recipes can be made nut-free by omitting or purchasing a nut-free alternative.
