Yes, I too fall into the hype of making and baking everything with pumpkin once the autumn season arrives. I can’t help it, pumpkin is so versatile for all sorts of baked goods and snacks.
It goes in everything from pancakes to waffles, French toast, and pumpkin seed butter for lunches. So good! For dinner, you can also add pumpkin purée in your macaroni and cheese, even chili.
