Pack this Mediterranean bistro box for a quick and healthy lunch on the go. Make it with hummus, leftover grilled chicken, and veggies or any of your favorite Mediterranean foods.

  • 23 small strips of leftover chicken (or turkey) breast (or a bunch of chunks or shreds. You aren’t being graded on your chicken-tearing skills!)
  • 34 cucumber spears (a little less than half a small cucumber)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 34 tablespoons Homemade Greek Hummus (or Sweet Potato Hummus, for a tasty twist!)
