Sweet, creamy and high in protein there is nothing like this delicious fruity smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
  • Handful of spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
