2large spinach tortillaz , or regular flour tortillas

¼cupshredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
½cupmatchstick carrots
Shredded lettuce
Instructions
Spread the hummus over each tortilla and layer each with sliced turkey, cheese, carrots, and lettuce. Fold and roll tightly. Leave whole or slice in half before packing into lunch containers.
