Instructions
Assemble the sandwich:
Spread mustard or other preferred condiment on one of the bagel halves.
Top with Italian salami, cheese, arugula, tomatoes, and close the sandwich.
Pack for school
Slice it in half and pack it inside a lunch container, keeping any sides like fruit and veggies separate.
Refrigerate the sandwich until you’re ready to pack it inside an insulated bag for school with an ice pack, if necessary.
