In a bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork to release their natural juice and sweetness. Add in Greek yogurt and stir until combined.
Test for sweetness and add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup to your desired sweetness. Stir to combine.

Notes
If you want to turn this into individual yogurt cups, instead of mixing everything in one large bowl, add the mashed fruit to the bottom of an 8-ounce jar, top with yogurt, and seal. When ready to serve, drizzle with the honey, and enjoy!
