Roll up the turkey slices and slice into bite sized pieces. Place them inside one of the compartments of the bento box, away from dry ingredients, like the pita chips, to prevent them from getting soggy.
Place the pita chips in the lunch container. Fill a small, lidded container with the chopped bacon and the hummus inside another small, lidded container. Put everything inside the lunch box.
Pack sliced veggies, like cucumbers, in another compartment.
Assemble this lunch a day ahead and store in the refrigerator until ready to send it to school in a lunch bag.
