Spread the hummus over the tortilla. Sprinkle the shredded carrots over the hummus and top with the salad greens. Layer the turkey slices on top of the veggies.
Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half.
Place the wrap inside the main compartment of a lunch container. Add veggies, fruit, or your favorite lunch box sides in another compartment or separate container.
Refrigerate until you're ready to pack it inside the lunch bag, adding an ice pack if necessary.
