large flour tortilla

mayo or Greek yogurt

grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Make the pinwheels:
In a small bowl, combine the avocado with the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
Spread the avocado mixture in a thin layer around the tortilla. Sprinkle the bacon and the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Roll the tortilla tightly, slice it in half, and then into 1-inch pieces.
Pack for school:
Place the pinwheels inside a compartmentalized lunch container. Add healthy sides, like fruit and veggies.
Refrigerate the lunch until you’re ready to pack it inside an insulated lunch bag and include an ice pack if necessary.
