Ingredients
½
cup
cooked chicken
,
finely chopped or shredded

tablespoons
BBQ sauce

large flour tortilla
Mayonnaise
,

large green lettuce leaves

slices
tomato
Instructions
Prep:
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken and the bbq sauce until all the chicken pieces are coated.
Make the wrap:
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread with a little mayonnaise, if using. Add the lettuce, tomato, and BBQ chicken toward the center.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll the wrap burrito style. Slice it in half and serve immediately or place it inside a lunch container.
Pack for school:
Add fresh fruit and veggies as sides inside separate lunch containers or compartments of the lunch box.
Refrigerate the lunch until you’re ready to pack it inside an insulated bag for school, with an ice pack if necessary.
