Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 2 Lettuce leaves
- 4 ounces ½ cup leftover buffalo chicken, or rotisserie chicken mixed with buffalo sauce.
- Ranch dressing, optional
Instructions
Prep the base
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface and layer a couple of lettuce leaves on top.
Add the filling
- Scoop the buffalo chicken on top of the lettuce, placing it in the middle of the tortilla and drizzle with ranch dressing (if using).
Wrap it!
- Roll the buffalo wrap up burrito style. Slice in half and enjoy!
Pack it for school
- If you plan to send this chicken wrap for a school lunch, pack it inside the main compartment of a lunchbox along with some fruit and veggies in the remaining compartments. Include an ice pack in the lunch bag, if needed.
