Spread peanut butter on a slice of banana and top with another slice of banana. Place on the lined pan and freeze for one hour.
Once the banana bites are frozen, place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave in 15-second intervals until melted.
Dip each banana bite halfway through into the bowl of melted chocolate.
Place the bites back onto the baking sheet and freeze for another hour until the chocolate is solid. Remove the desired amount and enjoy.
Freeze any extras in an airtight container for 1 to 2 months.
