Instructions
Assemble
In a compartmentalized lunch container, divide the pita round, cheese, and pepperoni slices, making sure to keep the ingredients separate.
Pack the marinara into a lidded sauce container and send with the rest of the ingredients and a plastic spoon.
Pack for school
Refrigerate lunchable and any sides until ready to use and then pack in a lunch bag with an ice pack.
Build the Pizza at Lunchtime
To assemble, kids will spread the marinara sauce over the pita and top with cheese and pepperoni, just like the classic boxes lunchable.
