In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken and the barbecue sauce until all the chicken pieces are coated with flavor.
Make the wrap:
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread a little mayonnaise on the tortilla. Layer the lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla and place the tomato slices on top. Scoop the bbq chicken on top of the tomatoes.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll the wrap burrito style. Slice it in half and serve immediately or place it inside a lunch container.
Pack for school:
Add fresh fruit and veggies as sides inside separate lunch containers or compartments of the lunch box.
Refrigerate the lunch until you’re ready to pack it inside an insulated bag for school, with an ice pack if necessary.
