Ingredients

large flour tortilla
2
ounces
Deli ham
2
Slices cheese
,
American, cheddar or similar
½
cup
Fresh spinach or lettuce
½
dup
Diced tomato
¼
cup
Corn kernels
2
tablespoons
mayo
,
or other favorite sauce like ranch, bbq, or honey mustard
Instructions
Assemble
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread on a thin layer of mayo or other favorite sauce.
Put lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla and layer on the diced tomato, corn kernels, ham and cheese.
If using additional dressing, drizzle a small amount over the ingredients and fold the sides in rolling the wrap burrito style.
Pack for school
Slice it in half and serve or pack it inside a lunch container keeping any sides like fruit and veggies separate.
Refrigerate the lunch until you’re ready to pack it inside an insulated bag for school with an ice pack, if necessary.
