Instructions
Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake Pizza
Spread hummus evenly over naan. Top with olives, red peppers, mozzarella, and feta.
Bake for 7 minutes, until cheese is melty and bubbly.
Pack for school
Let cool completely. Slice into quarters and pack in a lunchbox with healthy sides, like fruit and veggies. Include an ice pack, if necessary.
