Instructions
Make the wrap:
Spread the peanut butter onto the tortilla and top the center with shredded carrot, chopped apple, and ground flax.
Roll up the tortilla tightly and cut it in half.
Pack it for lunch:
Pack the wrap in a compartmentalized lunch container. Slice the remaining apple and place it in a separate compartment.
Close the lunch box and pack it in a lunch bag with an ice pack.
