Veggies: cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, sliced cucumbers
Instructions
Prep:
Using a serrated knife, remove the crusts from the sandwich bread. Slice the sandwich bread into squares.
If using thinly sliced deli turkey or ham, roll it up first, and then cut it into pieces.
Cut the veggies into small pieces, similarly in size to the other ingredients.
Assemble:
Use bento picks or small food skewers to thread the lunch ingredients through the middle, alternating between ingredients.
Place the sandwich kabobs inside a lunch container. Pack additional fruit and veggies in another compartment or separately. Refrigerate the lunch if packing it ahead.
Pack for school:
Pack this lunch it inside an insulated bag for school, with an ice pack if necessary.
