Instructions
Place the bread slices on a flat surface. Cut the crusts from the bread if preferred.
Use a rolling pin or a tall glass to flatten out the bread slices.
Spread the peanut butter or nut-free butter alternative onto both slices of bread. Spread a thin layer of jelly on top of the peanut butter.
Roll up the bread like a jelly roll, from one end to the other. Slice each sandwich broll into 3 to 4 pieces.
Place sandwich roll pieces inside the main compartment of a lunch container. In the other compartments, or other containers, pack fruit and veggies. If packing a dip, pack it inside its own small lidded container or in its own compartment.
Keep refrigerated until ready to place inside a lunch bag and send it to school.
