large tortilla
Mayonnaise

deli turkey

bacon

cooked crispy

cheddar cheese
lettuce

Instructions
Prep
Microwave bacon until crispy and let cool
Assembly
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of mayo on top.
Put lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla and layer on the tomato slices, bacon, turkey and cheese.
If using mustard, drizzle a small amount over the ingredients and fold the sides in and roll up burrito style.
Slice it in half and serve or pack it inside a lunch container keeping any sides like fruit and veggies separate.
Pack for school
Refrigerate until you’re ready to pack it inside a lunch bag for school with an ice pack, if necessary.
