Fill the thermos container with hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes before draining the water out. Meanwhile, heat up the tomato pasta soup, wither leftovers from dinner or making your own with tomato soup + cooked pasta, until piping hot, for about 2 minutes in the microwave.
Pour the hot soup inside the thermos container, close the lid.
Pack this lunch:
Fill a small lidded container with 2 tablespoons of dressing or dip. Pack the veggies separatedly. If your container or snack box is leak-proof, you can put them all in the same one but in separate compartments.
Place the thermos container, a spoon, and the veggies and dip inside a lunch bag.
