REFUND POLICY:
Love it? Keep the Classic Meal Plan Membership. Not for you? Let us know by emailing [email protected] within 14 days and we will assist you with the cancellation of your membership and issue a full refund.
RENEWAL POLICY
The Classic Meal Plan Memberships are all renewable according to the plan you select, either billed monthly or annually from the original date of purchase. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged on that date.
CANCELLATIONS:
MOMables’ Meal Plan Memberships are flexible. You can easily cancel your account by emailing [email protected] before your membership is renewed.
Cancellations after renewals: we will stop your billing and you will continue to have access through the end of the pre-paid period.
B. ONE-TIME PURCHASE MEAL-PLANS
REFUND POLICY:
We offer no refunds on any digital product that is delivered immediately after purchase.
We welcome your questions and requests, please email [email protected] immediately after your purchase so we can assist you.

Our one-time purchase products do not renew. You are only billed once, at the time of purchase.

We offer a 14-day, risk-free trial from the date of purchase on full-payment and monthly-payment purchases of this digital product.

RENEWABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT POLICY
When you purchase a digital course with the monthly-payment options, you agree to the terms of purchase, to pay monthly for (6) months, for the materials you purchased.
After the 14-day refund window, we offer no refunds.
2. DELIVERY OF MATERIALS :
WEEKLY MEAL PLANS:
Your meal plan can be retrieved each Thursday from your email box. The meal plans are a WEEKLY PUBLICATION, and it is your responsibility to print out your meal plan during this period.
ONE-TIME PRODUCTS:
Non-renewable meal plans and digital products are delivered in full immediately after purchase. It is the member’s responsibility to download all materials and save them for future access.

DIGITAL COURSES & PRODUCTS:
Some of our digital courses are hosted behind a pay-for-access members’ website. An email with login credentials will be emailed to your inbox immediately after purchase.
Some digital products are too large to be sent by email. These are also hosted in the member’s website. An email with login credentials will be emailed to your inbox immediately after purchase.

3. COPYRIGHT :
All digital products sold by MOMables is copyright protected and therefore, cannot be distributed or copied without permission.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms of purchase.
Each product purchased and membership subscription is for one household.
MOMables reserves the right to cancel your subscription for sharing, copying or distributing a meal plan to another household or person as well as re-publishing it online without permission.
By design, MOMables memberships and digital programs have been made affordable to all. Sharing login credentials to the membership site is a violation of this term and will lock your account and you will not be entitled to a refund.
4. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE:
When you complete your purchase, you agree to the terms of purchase and understand that the meal plans and digital products are not medical advice.
By doing so, you release MOMables of any and all liability.
MOMables is not responsible for an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients suggested inside our meal plans.
You are responsible for purchasing ingredients that will not cause an allergic reaction to you and your family.
5. BRANDED INGREDIENTS:
MOMables is a company independent of the respective brands pictured, grocery stores, and food distributors.
The meal plans include fresh and shelf-stable ingredients available in most grocery stores and online. We do not require the purchase of a specific brand to make any of our recipes.
Our members are free to purchase their favorite brands and some recipes might require substitutions based on product availability.
6. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY:
Members are responsible for downloading, accessing, and saving all digital materials.
Due to the digital nature of delivery (email) we are unable to track receipt post purchase. We rely on our members to notify us by email, in a timely manner, when they do not receive a product.
