Is there seafood in this 7-Day Clean Eating Meal Plan?
There are two recipes with seafood items; a lunch with tuna (which can be swapped for chicken) and one dinner recipe with shrimp, which can also be substituted by another protein.
Do the recipes use "fake meat" products? They do not. Instead, the protein sources come from real food proteins (beef, pork, chicken, eggs, shrimp, beans, whole-grains).
Do you use soy products? There are no recipes containing soy in this meal plan.
