I’m a working mom of 3 active kids, ranging in age from 10 to 16.
In preschool, my oldest child would beg me for pre-packed lunches and snacks like her friends’ ones, so I set out to make my own at home.
I made it my mission to recreate all her “favorites,” and since 2010, I’ve done just that. I’m the OG of copy-cat recipes for everything kid-favorite foods.
From the original Lunchable, Doritos, and Fruit Leather to Cheez-Its, I’ve recreated them all! Fun fact: that’s how Food Network found me back in 2014.
As kids grow, so do their appetites, so you’ll find wraps, sandwiches, hot lunches, smoothies, and more that can feed hungry teens too!
You can also stack one of my 5 published cookbooks on your shelf or save some trees with one of the digital e-cookbooks available.
Regardless of where you are on your family’s food journey, I understand you’re short on time, pulled in many directions, and need to keep things simple.
