Perfect for Kids of All Ages!

Hi! I’m Laura

I’m a working mom of 3 active kids, ranging in age from 10 to 16.

In preschool, my oldest child would beg me for pre-packed lunches and snacks as her friends had, so I set out to make my own at home.

I made it my mission to recreate all her “favorites,” and since 2010, I’ve done just that. I’m the OG of copy-cat recipes for everything kid-favorite foods.

From the original Lunchable, Doritos, and Fruit Leather, to Cheez-Its, I’ve recreated them all! Fun fact: that’s how Food Network found me back in 2014.

As kids grow, so do their appetites, which is why you’ll find wraps, sandwiches, hot lunches, smoothies, and more on this website.

You can also stack one of my 5 published cookbooks on your shelf or save some trees with one of the digital e-cookbooks available.

Regardless of where you are on your family’s food journey, I understand you’re short on time, pulled in many directions, and need to keep things simple.

Holy smokes, you’ve read this far. You’re a superstar! Let’s be internet friends.
