With basic staples and leftovers, you can assemble this tasty lunch packed with nutrition and goodness. Bacon bits sprinkled over hummus take this lunch to a whole new level!

This one includes:
- Deli turkey: you can use ham or any other protein you have on hand.
- Bacon: cooked and chopped.
- Hummus: adds nutrition and fun to this lunch!
- Veggies: I added grape tomatoes and cucumber. Include your favorite ones.
- Pita chips: perfect for dipping the hummus! You can add whole-grain crackers or another crunchy snack instead.

How to pack Turkey Bacon Bento Box for lunch
Pack this turkey bacon bento box following this step-by-step, and it will stay fresh until lunchtime.
Here’s how I did it:
- Pack the turkey
Roll up the turkey slices and slice into bite-sized pieces. Place them inside one of the compartments of the bento box, away from dry ingredients, like the pita chips, to prevent them from getting soggy. - Add pita chips separated
Place the pita chips in a separate compartment in the lunch container. - Pack bacon & hummus
Fill a small, lidded container with the chopped bacon and the hummus inside another small, lidded container. Put everything inside the lunch box. - Add veggies
Pack sliced veggies, like cucumbers, in another compartment. - Refrigerate
Assemble this turkey bacon bento a day ahead and store it in the refrigerator until ready to send it to school in a lunch bag.
More tips for packing this bento box lunch
Add more protein

Ingredients
- 2 ounces deli turkey, rolled up
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 cup sliced veggies, your favorite
