If you need a turkey wrap that's filling enough for school lunch, this one has turkey, egg, cheese, veggies, and Ranch rolled into one easy meal. I'll show you how to make it and, more importantly, how to pack it so the tortilla doesn't get soggy before lunchtime.

How to Make It
- Assemble
Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Layer the ingredients, keeping the Ranch light. Keep the wetter ingredients toward the center and use the lettuce as a barrier between the tomato and tortilla. - Roll
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly burrito-style, tucking the ingredients in as you go. - Pack for lunch
Place the wrap inside a lunch container where it fits snugly so it doesn’t come apart in transit. If you’re making it the night before, wait until morning to slice it in half so the filling doesn’t dry out. Refrigerate until it’s time to pack the lunch bag with an ice pack.

Laura’s Tips for Packing Turkey Wraps
Don’t use too much Ranch, and keep wet ingredients like tomatoes away from the tortilla. I like to layer the lettuce against the tortilla first to create a barrier between the wrap and the wetter ingredients. You can always pack extra Ranch in a small lidded container for dipping.
Yes. Assemble and roll the wrap, place it in a sturdy lunch container, and refrigerate overnight. I prefer to wait until morning to cut it in half so the exposed filling doesn’t dry out in the fridge.
This turkey club wrap has deli turkey, hard-boiled egg, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and Ranch. But just like anything goes inside a turkey sandwich, other things that go great are avocados, bacon, or swap the Ranch for hummus or pesto.
Roll the wrap tightly, tucking the ingredients inward as you go, and pack it in a sturdy container where it fits snugly. This keeps the wrap from bouncing around and coming apart inside the lunch bag. Watch the short video in the recipe card.
Keep it simple with fruit, crunchy veggies, crackers, or another favorite lunch side. Since this turkey club wrap already has turkey, egg, cheese, and veggies inside, you don’t need a lot of extras to turn it into a filling lunch.

I have a big problem with condensation, either from the box being in the fridge previously, or from an ice pack melting. Feels like I’m in a constant battle to keep foods from getting soggy. I’ve learned a couple of tricks, through trial-and-error, but I’d love to see a post on this issue. For now, it is impossible for me to pack lunches the night before, due to this.,

Same, Ive tried everything. It’s awful. I started packing topping separately then the bread and the kids put it together at lunch.
