https://youtu.be/1aXTMFI7Vao

Making a variety of lunches using only one main ingredient isn’t as hard as it sounds. You can pack fresh school lunches; no one will get bored all week long.

I’ve done this with turkey, ham, chicken salad, hummus, and today- hard-boiled eggs!

School & Office Lunches with Hard-Boiled Eggs

Eggs are a high-protein food and one of the most versatile ingredients for all sorts of meals. I often keep a batch of hard-boiled eggs in my fridge for a quick snack or for lunches like the ones I’m sharing here.

If you plan to use any of these recipes for a lunch meal prep, I recommend prepping the hard-boiled eggs ahead of time. I have a no-fail method for hard-boiled eggs that are easy to peel that will save you time and the hassle of egg-shells-sticking-to-egg-whites.
